“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
One day God is going to take us home. And when we finally realize and believe that there’s no doubt that God has a home for our lives, we can walk through this earth in a very powerful way. We’re not going to be afraid of any single thing because when we go through trials, we will know that God is going to work it out. When we have difficult times, God is going to save us. And, when we die, we are going home to heaven. So as Christians, we are not to be afraid of dying. We are not to be frightened over the possibility of taking our very last breath. The Bible declares that we’re going to dissolve (2 Peter, chapter 3). And when our bodies dissolve, God has a body made without hands and we will stand before God absolutely pure. God will do a work far beyond what we can imagine. There will be no more tears, no more sorrows, no more pain, and no more agony. We’re going to be with the Lord, eating bagels and having a wonderful time in heaven. And we’re going to see Him face to face.
